2.1 The products offered for sale by Lagante are solely those present on the Site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example. by color and size (also based on the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

2.3 To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it, following the instructions on the Site, after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends purchase, the price (including all applicable taxes or duties) and shipping costs (including any additional costs to be incurred for choosing a different and/or faster type of shipping and delivery than the standard one). The Customer must also request Lagante, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase.

2.4 Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Lagante by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.

3.1 The prices indicated on the Site are to be considered without application of VAT pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 54 to 89, Law 190/2014.

Flat rate regime without application of withholding tax as advance payment. Amended by Law no. 208 of 12/28/2015. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the Site.

3.2 Purchases can only be made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and the transaction will take place via a secure server chosen by Lagante.

3.3 Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment will Lagante be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Lagante computer archive will retain such data and therefore in no case can Lagante be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

4.1 The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within the times indicated in the Order itself, by Lagante and its logistics service providers, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Lagante reserves the right to accept or not accept deliveries requested outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

4.2 With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs costs will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

4.4 The delivery times indicated by Lagante must be considered purely indicative and a delay compared to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.

4.5 Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to sign the delivery note after having duly checked:

4.5.1 that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.

4.5.2 that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

4.6 Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.

4.7 Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

5.1 The Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourten) days from the date of delivery of the products.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer can contact Lagante via the form on the "contact us" page or via the e-mail address provided at the time of confirming the order

5.3 In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Lagante within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, according to one of the following methods, chosen by the Customer:

5.3.1 sending the product(s) being returned to the address of the Lagante headquarters via the courier chosen by Lagante and paid for by the Seller

5.3.2 sending the returned product/products to the address of the Lagonte headquarters via the courier chosen by the Customer and therefore at the Customer's expense

5.4 The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions listed below:

• the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...);
• for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and complete in all its parts (including accessories: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc...);
• the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by Lagante, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
• in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Lagante will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
• Lagante will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.

5.5 Lagante will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount already paid, including the amount equivalent to the cost of standard shipping of the products purchased (while any additional costs incurred for different and/or quicker types of shipping and delivery will not be refunded). the standard one), within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, through a cancellation procedure of the debited amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said reimbursement. Lagante may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent the product back, whichever is earlier.

5.6 After returning the products, Lagante will carry out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in this article and in the event that the checks are not concluded positively, the Seller will communicate to the Customer, via e-mail, the found existence of a decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions. At the same time, Lagante will communicate the amount that will be deducted from the refund, without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility for the Customer to regain, at his expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Lagante.

5.7 In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Lagante will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

6.1 All products sold by Lagante are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005.

7.1 Any complaints or requests for information can be addressed to Lagonte via the form on the "contact us" page or to the email address info(at)lagante.it.

8.1 The personal data collected with the submission of the Order will be processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Sales Privacy Policy present on the Site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

9.1 The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian law, with the non-application of conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent to resolve the related disputes.

9.2 In the event of disputes arising from the Conditions, the online Alternative Dispute Resolution body of the Milan Chamber of Commerce (www.risolvionline.com) may also be consulted in advance.

9.3 Finally, we inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, including cross-border ones, accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
